My approach to therapy is primarily psychodynamic. This means I don’t simply address symptoms or external signs of distress; I also aim to influence the underlying causes of what may be burdening you, which can lead to deeper and more enduring change.
The difficulties that people face in life are often multifaceted, and I want to recognize that by gaining a holistic understanding of your personality. This will allow me to provide you with a therapeutic relationship that is tailored to who you are, and is fluid and moves where you do.
